We offer the following accommodation: A large double bedroom (which can be changed into a twin-bedded room) with en-suite bathroom
A double room and a twin-bedded room, which share a shower room on the second floor. 


The garden has been designed with a large pond (to attract wildlife) and a patio where meals can be taken.

A message from Sue
With summer approaching and the garden beginning to offer hints of delights to come, we are tempted outside and start to explore. Even the fish in my pond start to get very playful. Crystal Palace offers much for the nature lover with its parks and woodland walks; the song of the blackbird heralds frantic activity in the bird world as they forage for food and material for nest building.

For visitors wishing to go the annual Chelsea Flower Show we are conveniently (and perhaps surprisingly) situated as a train journey from Crystal Palace (22 minutes, 4 trains per hour) takes you straight to Victoria Station where there is an all day shuttle bus service to and from the Flower Show.
